Our Small Business was created out of a strong passion in Project Management, a shared vision and a ceaseless commitment to making learning easily accessible from anywhere in the world. Our instructors not only have training experience but have over 25 years of practitioner experience in program and project management. Our unique approach to learning is designed for working adults and provides our students with the opportunity to get an education on their own time.

Trish McManus, MBA, PMP, SPC5, SCM, RTE, PCCP

Trish McManus has been in project management for 30 years of her career. She has led project management teams and organizations at Trinity Industries, BNSF, and Nokia. Trish has expertise in large scale global projects and has implemented over 8 release trains. Trish has extensive experience in both Waterfall and Agile Methodologies.
She is a certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), qualifying her to train and assist in the certification of others. She also teaches project management at Tarrant County Community College. Trish has been teaching project management for over 12 years.
She is an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) Fort Worth Council and has been a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2008. Trish also holds a PROSCI certification in Organizational Change Management.
Trish has an undergraduate in Business Systems from Cameron University and a MBA in project management from Dallas Baptist University.
On a personal level, Trish was born in Oklahoma is married and has four kids and three grandchildren. When she’s not working, She volunteers at church, has a love of lifetime learning, enjoys traveling with family. She lives in Fort Worth with her husband and the sweetest rescue dog Lady.
Kevin Bast, MBA, PMP, SPC5, RTE

Kevin Bast has been in project management for most of his career. He has led project management teams and organizations at BNSF, HP, Virgin America, Strongwood Insurance Holdings, and Sabre Airline Solutions.
He is a certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), qualifying him to train and assist in the certification of others. He also teaches project management at the university level at the University of Liverpool and Indiana Wesleyan University and Tarrant County Community College.
He is an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) Fort Worth Council and has been a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2001.
Kevin has an undergraduate BA in Psychology from Western State Colorado University and an MBA awarded from The Pennsylvania State University.
On a personal level, Kevin was born in Germany and spent most of his youth overseas. When he’s not working, he volunteers as much as possible at his church, has a love of lifetime learning, enjoys reading, travel, hiking and being with his family. He lives in Keller with his wife. He has two children (ages 16 and 20), and an awesome Australian Cattle Dog, Katara.
